Administrator, General Services

 Job Purpose:

Coordinate and facilitate the upkeep of Company Services like: office furniture/ office equipment’s, office maintenance, printing services, copying services, translation services, landscaping services, pest control services, Stationary, Mail Service and janitorial services.

 Key Accountabilities:
Manage all activities related to the office services & office supply.
Administer the maintenance service for all the admin area and Beach Camp.
Maintain contact with tenants to ensure their satisfaction and to resolve issues as they arise.
Insure the landscaping contractor is implementing our requirements as per our contract conditions.
Compile, review and process incoming bills to be matching the contract estimate cost and the department budget. 
Insure all the janitorial contractor is implementing our requirements as per our contract conditions.
Administer the pest control work matching the contract and the monthly Schedule.
Support all the above requirement based on the Sr. administrator direction.
Review incoming correspondence and prepare replies for routine inquiries or distribute to relevant parties to support business processes.
Prepare various forms, invoices, reports, memos, letters etc. to support the business processes.
Maintain the assigned department documentation, databases and systems to support the system efficiency and integrity.
Ensure the business processes and work activities, relevant to position, are executed in compliance with SASREF policy, procedures and best practice to achieve the business objectives in a safe, efficient and cost effective manner
Lead, motivate, develop and assess the assigned team to achieve business objectives and grow capability.



Workplace (WPS) and Process (PSM) Safety:
Ensure that measures to protect personal safety and well-being are always in place and that personal actions do not jeopardize the safety and well-being of others.
Adhere strictly to all IOWs, Safe Operating Procedures, and Safe Work Instructions - thus preventing potential WPS and PSM incidents at all times.
Always comply with the SASREF HSE Policy, the 5 Safety Principles and 12 Golden Safety Rules.
Performance Indicators:
No personal injury or injury to a third party.
No WPS or PSM incident caused.

 Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
