Job Description
To provide technical support up on requests to the IT Help Desk in order resolve IT hardware and software problems, within department time and quality standards.

Job Requirements
·         BSc in Computer Science, or any related field.

·         Good knowledge of IT hardware and software applications used by the company, acquired through technical training.

·         2 years of experience in a similar field.


 

Skills & Competencies
·         Strong skills in all application packages used by the company.

·         Trouble shooting skills in resolving hardware and software problems,

·         Good analytical skills.

·         Customer focus

·         English Language
