Technical assistant ( Driver)
Duties
- Assist in the implementation maintenance programs on new and existing equipment’s and machines by coordinate the maintenance task among all maintenance department.
- Assist of new installation by managing all installation requirement and ensure all the required tools material are available
- Coordinate between the outsourcing workshop to ensure that all required job and done properly and on time
- Follow up with utility and E&I team to carry out all maintenance activity on the external facility (Warehouses, CEO houses, .etc.)
- Keeping the company vehicle clean and properly maintained by performing regular washing, cleaning and vehicle maintenance
- Providing accurate time records of the company vehicle’s coming and goings.
- Reporting any accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage to management
- Working at night and on weekends.
- Ensuring that vehicles have sufficient gas and are always ready for use.
- Quality of execution of maintenance plan policies and processes, including timely delivery within budget
- Effectiveness in maintaining and improving machines efficiency.

Requirements
- Specialist role – minimum 2 years relevant professional experience
- Coordination of activities to support the implementation of the maintenance management Plan
- Coordinate maintenance strategies, policies and processes
- A valid driver's license
- High school diploma
- Clean driving record.
- Effective communication skills.
- time management skills
- Relevant Professional Engineering qualification is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years previous experience in relevant role in a private sector organisation is mandatory
- Open to working nights and weekends.
- Knowledge of maintenance policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of change management and cultural change processes
- Understanding of the Sudan market and MOROUJ business strategy, goals and competitive environment
- Relevant IT understanding
- Presentation skills
- Able to persuade and influence at senior manager and employee levels
- Highly developed communication and reporting skills (verbal and written) in both Arabic & English
- Planning and organising skills
- Conflict handling and resolution skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem solving
- Highly developed skills in use of relevant IT packages including Excel. Word, PowerPoint etc.
- Ability to build excellent relationships with key stakeholders/customers
