Job Summary: 
• Assure the cash collection, consolidation & billing within EBU is efficient. • Driving the implementation, tracking, monitoring and compliance of service delivery for enterprise customers off the shelf products & services.
Description: 

Financial

  1. Communicate and coordinate with Finance and the other departments in order to better serve the Business.
  2. Collect the daily cash form team and reconciliation on daily sales report.
  3. Deposit cash into the bank and keep proper documentation.
  4. Coordinate and Process cash application & reconciliation with the Finance Dept.
  5. Ensure that all reconciliations are completed according to the work schedule, maintained on a monthly basis and submitted to the Finance for review and approval
  6. Report to the Manager any alarming complaint and Implement Revenue Assurance Framework in the business
  7. Ensure that MTN quality standards are implemented to reduce and eliminate fraud and risk.
  8. Identify process improvements and/or efficiencies with an impact on billing
  9. Prepare Daily, Weekly & monthly report as well as on demand reports on the domain.
  10. Report to Enablement Manager, and Solution & Enablement Senior Manager monthly billing status.
  11. Liaising with various departments i.e. Sales, Collections, and Client services to resolve queries promptly
  12. Integrate with the Tasks assigned under the Billing function as shared on the GEBU’s Boost Project.
  13. Support in Identifying ways to fine tune policies, processes and systems in line with changing work practices
  14. Resolve and provide feedback on escalated queries
  15. Perform Ad-Hoc duties as assigned by management.

 

Service Enablement:

 

  1. Drive the implementation, tracking, monitoring and compliance of service delivery
  2. Schedule and report service delivery status within agreed SLAs with customers and other departments within EBU.
  3. Prepare Daily, Weekly & monthly reports, as well as on demand reports on the domain.
  4. Follow best practise processes and procedures which will ensure that operational efficiencies and performance are achieved.
  5. Align with other functional units to create all required templates, SLAs, OLAs, systems and tools to assure service quality and first time right approach.
  6. Have the self-awareness and flexibility to adapt to different situations & attend to the continues products and tools updates using straining materials, demo & self0-learning techniques
Job Requirements: 
• Bachelor Degree in any of the following (Business Administration, computer science/engineering). • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in service delivery, reporting, customer relations & enterprise accounts handling
