Develop product knowledge by keeping up to date with service and product offerings as made available by Morouj
Maximum sale coverage plus regular contacts with key customers.
Achieve availability objectives by SKU at total base of customers.
Achieve visibility objectives by brand at the POB (Point of Buying) at total base of customers/territory.
Achieve monthly targets by brand SKU.
Sales of Morouj products and brands to sales of points
Providing product and brands information to the customers
Proactively demonstrate services to customer
Sell products and brands to customers according to customer needs
Ensure process adherence in all transactions
Use range of processes, tools and techniques available to structure and manage different types of customers and close sales
Collect payments from customers in a secure and orderly manner
Respond to customer enquiries, finding the correct answers
Assist subscribers in maintaining/updating customer accounts, billing enquiries & collect payments
Handle issues and customer complaints, solving problems, logging complaints in sales records and escalating the issues to sales management 
Manage inventory at point of sale, ensuring secure storage and assisting in reconciliations
Handle and count cash and other payments, responsible for their reconciling payments against system records daily
Continuously improve own performance in order to meet and exceed targets and objectives
Assume responsibility for tasks delegated by Wholesales Supervisor.
To be fully accountable for the quality, accuracy timeliness and effectiveness of statistical reports.
Responsible for the security, Confidentiality & Integrity, of all information assets within his/her responsibilities in accordance with the company’s Information Security Policies


Educated to Degree level
Relevant Professional sales /marketing or other relevant business qualification
Minimum 1-year previous experience sales /marketing /finance or any relevant field
Knowledge and experience of cross- and up-selling techniques
