Job Purpose

  • Manage, plan and support the business to meet its business objectives and goals through the delivery of innovative, creative, efficient and cost effective integrated communications strategies and solutions that are aligned to business and customer needs. Develop, manage and implement a fully integrated marketing and communication plan for a portfolio of dnata Travel Group companies. Job Accountabilities - Responsible for developing annual, and quarterly marketing and communication activities plans with each of the brands within the portfolio. This requires a deep understanding of the business requirements. - Manage the development and execution of high value / complex campaigns across all channels, ensuring quality, consistency and compliance with budget.
  • - Responsible for managing, developing and coaching a team of specialists, providing support and direction as needed, to deliver brand and tactical campaigns for each of their brands. Ensuring team understand their objectives and the operating model, and have the necessary skills to execute the role effectively.- Responsible for ensuring business achieves its customer acquisition targets. Shared responsibility for certain sales targets. - Manage agencies during implementation of campaigns to ensure timely delivery and quality as per the agreed brief.
  • - Developing a strong relationship with the business & data insights teams / role holder within each business to ensure data driven insights and recommendations are made.- Develop strong relationships with agencies, providing the guidelines and framework for each of the brands, while also working together to drive creative inspiration. Provide feedback to Manager Marketing & Comms on the performance of the media agency and PR agency. - Work collaboratively with the team, other departments in CCMB and particular working closely with commercial teams of each of the brands to understand the business requirements.
  • - Effectively determine budgetary requirements for assigned brands, and make workable recommendations for optimization of the budget where possible. Monitor and forecast the utilization of the budget, providing timely recommendations to the business in situations of forecasted overspend or underspend.
  • - Responsible for ensuring customer experience is fully represented in campaigns across all touchpoints in their brands.

Qualifications & Experience


- Graduate in Marketing or CommunicationsExperience/Knowledge
- 8 years experience in an international advertising agency as an account manager or as a Marketing Communications Manager with an international organisation. Experience in the airline/travel industry is preferable.
