Reports to: Media Communication Manager

Job Purpose:
Work as a member of media communication team, looking for the development & implementation the of corporate communication strategic projects such as corporate documentaries and company profiles coordinating with branding and advertising teams issues related.

Contribute, as a member of the media communication team reporting to corporate communication manager.
Responsible of the media and video production of the department to support the department and company’s activities
Responsible of the corporate communication Weekly, monthly and annul publications
Responsible of the annual production of diaries
Responsible of the production of the Company’s annual booklet
Support the corporate communication units in the production of art work needs for events and activities
Responsible of the managing the production of the monthly magazine and the needed documentaries
Responsible of the events layout of the corporate communication activities

Responsible for Zain company profile updating, starting form data collection, design script, approval, briefing with the branding team, and follow up with the branding team designing and printing.
Responsible for company documentary films projects, collection of data, send the brief, production house selection with procurement, briefing production house, contract & invoice issues, follow up all the production process until receiving the final films.
Responsible for the CSR projects episodes as an awareness tool about Zain contribution towards community, by collecting information’s from CSR team, production house selection with procurement, briefing production house, contract & invoice issues, and follow up all the production process until receiving the final episodes & broadcasting issues with media team.
Ensure all projects delivered and shred with media communication and archiving.
Provide technical advises for the entire department in all Branding & advertising issues which related to Web & Social, events, internal communication, production, exhibitions, printing, giveaways ...etc. to be as per Zain guidelines.
As a corporate communication team member act as focal point to coordinate with the branding team accepting and following up the planning and executing all corporate communication projects and events.
Support in all strategic issues related to the department regarding new initiatives, events or activates that support the corporate communication strategy as part of Zain Corporate strategy.
Undertake any additional relevant tasks/activities as delegated by the media communication Manager.

Management in the development of the annual media communication plan

What Do You Need to Qualify


Educated to degree level
In depth technical Experience of Branding and media is required
3-5 years of experience in a relevant field is mandatory
Ability to communicate in Arabic and English is mandatory

Understanding of all elements of the corporate communication.
In-depth understanding of the Sudan market and Zain business strategy, goals and competitive environment
In depth understanding of administrative policies, methods and procedures
Knowledge of current best practices in PR channels, methods and approaches
Relevant IT competence
Knowledge of branding, advertising & production

Highly developed negotiating skills
Developed management skills
Highly developed organizational skills
Highly developed communication and reporting skills (verbal and written)
Planning, organising skills and researching ability.
Highly developed skills in use of relevant IT packages including MS Office applications.
Ability to build excellent relationships with key stakeholders.
