Job Summary: 
• To ensure that MTN purchases of goods & services is carried out in line with procurement procedures and guidelines and ensure that goods & services are procured in a cost-effective and competitive manner.
  1. Manage all purchasing activities according to the company policies.
  2. Managing fuel purchasing and distribution with the vendors & NTW department.
  3. Plan and develop of SIM, Voucher & MBB devices with managing with marketing, customer care & sales team
  4. Ensure proper specifications on PRs, before sending out RFQs & tenders to suppliers and confirm receipt.
  5. Ensure availability of funds before initiating any procurement process
  6. Manage vendor’s data base and files. Obtain and follow up shipping documents from service providers.
  7. Prepare Purchase Orders through the system in line with agreed procurement KPI’s.
  8. Open, record and analyze quotations, proposals and bids prior presentation to t he Management and/or the Procurement Tender Committee (PTC) as appropriate.
  9. Ensure goods are received and meets the requested standards & ensure timely payment to suppliers
  10. Assist in prequalification and registration of the suppliers.
  11. Document all related work activities.
  12. Implement the procurement tool kits.
  13. Research potential vendors.
  14. Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
  15. Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.
  16. Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
  17. Apply Procurement best practices.
  18. Review quality of purchased products.
  19. Prepare reports on purchasing including cost analyses.
  20. Monitor the new PRs and proceed immediately.
  21. Control the work flow by prioritizing urgent issues.
  22. Report to manager all related work duties.
  23. Be responsible for maintaining the information security of  MTN physical or information assets that they access, use, or manage as per the company policies
  24. Perform Ad-Hoc duties as assigned by management.
  25. Tracking & reporting the coming shipment of SIM & Voucher in pipeline with payment process based on group terms.
Job Requirements: 
• Bachelor degree in business administration, economics & any other related field, 2- 3 years’ experience in the field • 2- 3 years experience in the field of Telecoms or any other related field.
