Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
  • Work on strategy designed to increase traffic to UFC from platforms such as Facebook, snapchat, YouTube, Instagram and TikTok, identifying areas of opportunity and the content + publishing strategy needed to deliver against key performance benchmarks.
  • Define most important social media KPIs.
  • Design social media strategies to achieve marketing targets.
  • Manage, create, and publish original, high quality content.
  • Ensuring consistency in designs and content across all company platforms.
  • Administer all company social media accounts ensuring up-to-date content.
  • Produces content (visuals and captions) to ensure content is informative and appealing.
  • Manage Social media community, respond to and transfer enquiries.
  • Prepare monthly reports on Social media insights and ROI.
  • Monitor, track, and analyze digital campaigns performance and apply any optimization needed.
  • Stay up to date with new digital technologies and social media best practices.


Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or Graphic Design or relevant field.
  • Minimum 3 years of prior experience in a similar role.
  • A portfolio of previous digital design work to showcase experience and creativity.
  • Proven work experience as a Social media strategist or digital designer.
  • Hands on experience using social media for brand awareness.
  • Creativity and Graphic Design skills using photoshop and illustrator.
  • An ability to identify target audience preferences and build content to meet them.
  • Familiarity with web design and publishing.
  • Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Available to start immediately.
