NADIA’s client, a multinational tyre manufacturer is looking for a Technical Service Assistant Manager to be based in Egypt. It will be a remote work model – WFH.
Job Description:
· After sales services for tyres
· Tyre Adjustment and troubleshooting
· To get market information, competitors information, customer trend/needs, vehicle trends etc. for product improvement and development.
· To make a lecture, presentation and training to tyre dealers staff, OE importers staff and car dealers staff regarding products shown above, tyre maintenance and other technical matters.
· Communicate with tyre dealers, OE importers and car dealers frequently and take a quick action when any problem arises.
· Make an arrangement of tyre tests, monitor them and make inspection reports.
· Monitor performance of new products and improved products in the markets and make reports.
Qualification and Skills:
· Egyptian or Arabic speaker, who now lives in Egypt or willing to work back in Egypt.
· Knowledge on tyre application, tyre maintenance, tyre constructions, and tyre failures.
· To conduct seminars and training on tyres and products related to tyre.
· Negotiation with customers to settle problems.
· Speaking and writing English. Speaking Arabic is preferable.
· Positive attitude to visit customers.
· To get along well with customers.
· Smooth communication with bosses, subordinates, and colleagues
· Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint to prepare reports.
· Strict compliance to reporting deadlines.
