  • Maintaining and supporting Oracle Cloud Financials, PBCS and system integration troubleshooting through providing support and permanent resolutions for day-to-day issues within the agreed target time.
  • Provide insights into best practices for ERP modules and lead the work efforts to evaluate new functionalities and application performance to recommend and implement enhancements as part of continuous process improvement.
  • Management of Service Requests with Oracle from creation to closure and handling escalation process.
  • Plan, coordinate and conduct user training according to ERP training strategy.
  • Maintain and update existing ERP documentations for finance and PBCS modules to include configuration, test scripts, process workflows, and functional specs for reporting, system integration, user manuals and training materials.
  • Develop and maintain required reports using reporting tools available in the ERP (Business Intelligence, publisher, Enterprise Reporting cloud…)
  • Participate in environment refreshes/upgrades and cloning by:
  • Studying and understanding the new features and functionalities of the ERP new releases and support any needed user training and testing.
  • Prepare and Document Test Scenarios /Scripts for Financials, EPM modules and Related Business Flows.
  • Follow-up on failed Test Scenarios through-out the Resolution Process
  • Conduct Testing (All Types) and document Test Results and related deliverables.
  • Plan, conduct and documents Financials and EPM users training
  • Update Financials and EPM user manuals
  • Undertake any other associated duties as may reasonably be required by management.



  • University Graduate in information Technology or related fields.
  • Three years’ experience in a relevant role.
  • Extensive experience in ERP. Should have completed at least one life cycle of an ERP implementation.
  • Good functional and technical knowledge and hands-on experience on Fusion Financials modules such as AR/AP/GL/FA/IC. PBCS/EPRCS is a plus
  • An accredited career certificate in Oracle Fusion ERP is an advantage.
  • Project Management and ITIL Foundation training is a plus.
