Blue Nile Montessori Schools is a world-class Montessori school and the first of it's kind in Sudan. The new branch in Manshia will welcome students from September this year and its designed to accommodate Science Lab, Music Studio, and Swimming Pool, plus prestiges state of the art classes.

Job Purpose
To articulate administrative/HR support function provide strategic interventions, skills and knowledge related to people management/development, ensure the effective day to day operation is running in smooth and efficient manner. 

This is stand-alone role overseeing staff in two schools with the possibilities of expansion.

· Develop strategic direction and general admin support to staff, workings closely with other school branches staff to ensure the achievement of HR plans are realized.
· Develop policies/procedures, establish and administer employee’s records system (leave, attendance, holiday...Etc). Ensure full compliance based on labor law.
· Oversee administrative support function, communicate and negotiate with external suppliers, ensure school facilities (rent, utilities, insurance) are well maintained. 
· Managing recruitment & selection activities ensure the best talents are attracted and retained in the right time with the allocated resources.
· Working closely with principal and staff, identify learning and development needs, coordinate and facilitate the delivery of training workshops. 
· Design effective reward system, preparing, Implement and process staff payroll.
· Improves administration and service delivery quality, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR systems and best practices.
· Accountable for children and staff safety and well-being, ensure basic risk assessment is carried out and incidents are recorded.
· Perform any other related admin/HR activities

Person Specifications:
* University Degree, preferably in Business Admin, Management or related field.
* At least 7 years previous experience in HR role in which two years in managerial role preferably, within education setting environment.
* Excellent communication and listening skills with good command of English and MS Office
* Ability to influence and challenge other.
* Excellent knowledge of labor law /social security
