Job Purpose:

Is responsible for the overall service function of the company and often oversee the support of other departments as well. They supervise the People Service team, and office clerks and ensure all services are completed within the company’s policies and procedures.

 

Responsibilities:

1.  To ensure the completion of the tasks by the team according to the policies of the company and meeting JTI standards

2. Working closely with the BPs with onboarding new joiners and ensure all material are placed before the effective date of their joining.

3. Oversee daily duties of employees to ensure that quality standards are being met and proper procedures are being followed.

4.  Work with other functions to coordinate workplace activities with other departments, units, or teams.

5. Provide weekly report on project status.

6. To manage the team KPIs through continuous follow up and provide coaching for improvement in their areas.

7. Monitoring and maintaining office equipment, inventory supplies; orders replacement supplies as needed.

8.  Creating, updating, and maintaining personnel records, financial records, and other records and databases

9. To have the ability to meet all deadlines and prioritize the tasks.

10.  Guides employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating administrative policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating developments to management.

 

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or in any related field.

2. Good English Language with an effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

3. Customer Service Focus and attention to details.

4. Organizational Skills, meeting deadlines and ability to work under pressure.

5. Supports innovations and develop standards

6. Reporting Skills
