ACC is looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. Sales Manager will lead the sales team by providing guidance, training and mentorship, setting sales quotas and goals, creating sales plans, analyzing data and coordinating with marketing department on lead generation, assigning sales territories and building their team.

Main responsibilities:

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.

• Hiring and Development Plan for team.

• Ensure team member are productive and motivated.

• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.

• Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

• Ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance review, reward and individual recognition.

• Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly.

• Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals.

• Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer Studies, IT or Electronic Engineering or other related fields. A Master's degree in business administration will be plus.

• 10+ years of experience, with at least 4 years’ experience of managing and leading team, with estimated experience in ICT field.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.

• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

• Strong business sense and industry expertise.

• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
