Marketing Manager shall be responsible for developing and implementing marketing
strategies to fulfill the company's objectives. She or he needs to conduct customer research, market conditions, competitor analysis and implements marketing plan changes as needed. They will need to build a fully functioning marketing department from design, recruitment to implementation. Developing pricing strategies, identifying new customers, supporting lead generation efforts, and creating promotions, She or he shall manage regional (United Insurance regional branches) and nationwide marketing, advertising and all relevant activities and is responsible to issue and implement detailed Plans with sales and Growth targets.

Preference will be given to candidates with work experience in insurance Business.

EDUCATION &EXPERIENCE CRITERIA
• Bachelor's degree - ideal Marketing field
• MBA or Specialized courses in field (would be highly viewed)
• 10+ Years of experience in Marketing o Sales
• 5 year at least of Corporate experience in Marketing
Understanding and analysis of market trends
• Capable of planning, recruiting and building department
• Experience with Brand manual and corporate image development
• Experience with creating a marketing campaign, marketing strategy, and marketing plan.
Experience with online marketing, including social media, and content market
