• To coordinate the maintenance of plant & administration fleet vehicles including, but not limited to, monitoring and controlling acquisition and disposition of vehicles and related equipment

• Monitoring and reviewing vehicle maintenance and repairs and maintaining appropriate records

• Follow up maintenance jobs with contractor workshop and readily transfer trucks to workshop and to operation after receipt; • Processing of invoices and ensuring payment for the work as per policies.

• Assist and Perform minor maintenance, repairs and installations

• Follow up with Insurance, and preparing all relevant and needed documentation.

• Maintain valid Licenses and permits for vehicles, preparing all required installations and safety equipment.

• Negotiating and administering maintenance contracts; ensuring that every vehicle is kept fully stocked and is routinely maintained and inspected.

• To be fully accountable for the quality, accuracy timeliness and effectiveness of reports, and KPI’s.

• Responsible for the security, Confidentiality & Integrity, of all information assets within his/her responsibilities in accordance with the company’s Information Security Policies

• Quality of execution of maintenance policies and processes, including timely delivery within budget

• Quality and effectiveness of fleet management.

• Satisfaction of internal customers

• Accuracy of reporting

• Quality of Team Contribution


• Specialist role – minimum 2 years relevant professional experience

• Coordination of activities to support the implementation of the fleet management Plan

• Responsible for effective execution of fleet t and maintenance Plan

• Coordinate maintenance strategies, policies and processes

• Bachelor Mechanical Engineering

• Relevant Professional Engineering qualification is mandatory

• Minimum 2 years previous experience in relevant role in a private sector organisation is mandatory Knowledge

• Knowledge of maintenance policies and procedures.

• Knowledge of change management and cultural change processes

• Understanding of the Sudan market and MOROUJ business strategy, goals and competitive environment

• Relevant IT understanding
