#Appness Technology is looking for :


Level 1 Application Support engineer will be responsible of responding to requests received through email, web sites, or social media. Supporting for basic customer issues such as solving usage problems and fulfilling service desk requests that need IT involvement.

1.Customer orientation.
2. Attention to details.
3. Problem solving.
4. Multitasker.

1. Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science Engineering (or related).
2. Minimum 1 Year Experience as Odoo functional/analyst or user.
3. 1 year of relevant experience in L1 technical customer support (voice and email), with a strong customer interaction experience is plus.
4. Business Background.
5. Good debugging skills.
