Duties
• Ensure Food Safety HACCP plan is adhered to at all times.
• Participate in establishing of all Morouj department procedures and standard operating procedures.

• Responsible for following up the implementation of Morouj food safety management system.

• Ensure all in house processes and procedures guarantee that product/ services are produced to agreed specification.

• Perform corrective and preventive action in the case of NCR affecting the quality of the product and making the appropriate decision.

• Participate in training and development activities to ensure that new technologies and techniques are applied and that staff skill levels are developed.

• Supervising and follow-up cleanliness of all Morouj facilities.

• Development and review food safety documentation.

• Participate in analysing the results of internal audits, customer complaints and non-conformity.

• Participate in the distribution of the food safety management system to all Morouj departments.

• Ensure all customer feedback and complaints are addressed.

• All non-conformances to be dealt with adequately following internal processes.

• Oversee all Morouj stores and implement good storage practices and health requirements in accordance with the nature of the materials / products. • Participate in internal quality audit.

• Reviews reports and confers with production, management, and engineering personnel to solve work-related problems.

• with other supervisors to coordinate activities of individual departments.

• Contribute in the effective management, motivation and development of the team resources by liaising closely with the key line management, personnel and other relevant parties within the Business Excellence to ensure problems/ issues are identified and resolve or apparently escalated at an earlier stage.

• To be fully accountable for the quality, accuracy timeliness and effectiveness of reports, and KPI’s.

• Supervise and coach the team members and set their yearly target and conduct the performance review on regular basis.

• Responsible for the security, Confidentiality & Integrity, of all information assets within his/her responsibilities in accordance with the company’s Information Security Policies


Requirements



• B.Sc. in any relevant field.

• Have at least one of the ISO lead audit certifications

• Relevant Professional Business qualification is preferred.

• Experience in Design, Implementation and Audit of ISO Quality Assurance food safety processes and procedures.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a relevant field (process development, quality assurance, business excellence, audit)

• Track record in business analysis

• Experience in developing business processes, SLA’s, KPI’s and business rules
