Job Summary:
• The mission is to ensure sales targets are met and to position the company as the leader in providing telecommunication services & ICT Solutions to the Large Enterprise MNC market; through the development of Business Solutions, meeting customers’ needs and acquiring high market share in data and ICT market.
Description:
- Assist on submitting the suitable and customized offers for Large Enterprise MNC & NGO entities and sales promotion through direct channels.
- Supervise employee production and counsel toward improved efficiency with internal processes that adhere to Company’s Policies and Procedures.
- Work with MTN supporting Functions, customer fulfilment and delivery areas to ensure that international and national strategies are aligned, complementary and deliver to customers
- Provide appropriate data analytics of sales to appropriate management teams
- Work with Top Management to develop long-term strategic initiatives.
- Participate in competitive analysis and pricing strategy development
- Monitor growth opportunities through competitor activity scanning and feedback to business on such opportunities for further development Create and maintain rolling 3-month, 6 month and Annual sales forecast and targeting sales attainment plans
- Lead planning and development of customer sales strategies to acquire MNC & Large Enterprise accounts in line with the enterprise Strategy (~1 to 6 new accounts per Week)
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities and leads which may come from meetings, clients, other sales force, vendors and others
- Provide KAMs with input into operational and promotional planning which will ensure revenue growth within an allocated portfolio of accounts
- Recommend to KAM ways to exploit new opportunities to grow the business further
- Define customers’ needs and requirements in terms of ICT Solutions.
- Achieve Solutions targets based on the company’s strategy.
- Develop ICT Solutions strategy to acquire MNC & Large Enterprise customers.
- Provide reports and feedbacks on ICT Solutions Market in Sudan and align this with MTN products portfolio.
- Be responsible for maintaining the information security of MTN physical or information assets that they access, use, or manage as per the company policies
- Suggest and participate in the implementation of new solutions and technologies in order to meet customer expectations and maintain a high quality of service.
- Analyse and reporting the related job data and information.
- Perform clear and accurate MNC & Large Enterprise database segmentation.
- Assign & apply the necessary methods and policies to manage his/her team work.
- Report the alarms of market, based on day to day analysing reports of the corporate accounts.
- Monitor workflow, system efficiency and suggest improvements.
- Monitor & follow up on KPI’s, service & Operation Level achievement.
- Recommend ICT solutions, escalates outages when necessary and forecasts and plan ahead.
- Distribute reports as defined by the management.
- Audit work and information flow; recommend changes & enhancements to procedures in order to meet customer’s satisfaction.
- Build excellent relation with MNC & Large Enterprise segments.
- Promote the latest Value Added Services.
- Ensure providing enduring best-selling service and experience to customers.
- Develop and maintain job descriptions for all direct reports with clear and smart KPIs.
- Strategize, implement, and oversee processes for increased productivity and growth
- Design daily operational programs that produce organizational objectives
- Manage employee activities, providing suitable resources
- Establish and grow relationships with appropriate partners
- Establish cost parameters and manage the overall P&L of this company/division
- Maintain a forecast and targeting sales attainment plan
Perform Ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Business or Telecommunication fields or any relevant fields.
• Master Degree is a Plus
• 7 years of relevant working experience
• Managerial Experience is a Plus
