• Inspection of products, using either machinery or direct sensory observation and ensure meeting the standards and ready to release to the

market

• Keep records of work and send defective products back for repairs.

• Inspects in-process production by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, communicating required

adjustments to QA engineer/production supervisor.

• Approves finished products by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, returning products for re-work, and

confirming re-work.

• Monitoring Critical Control Points CCPs and keep records for it

• Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs, summarizes re-work and waste, and inputs data into quality database.

• Keeps measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions and calibration requirements, and calling for repairs.

• Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, and complying with legal regulations.

• Creating an efficient manufacturing process that support production lines.

• Undertake any additional tasks assigned by BE management.

• To be fully accountable for the quality, accuracy timeliness and effectiveness of reports, and KPI’s.

• Inspection of trucks to ensure that its suitable for transferring finish products

• Ensure ware houses suitable for storage of materials (raw/packing/and FGs) in terms of hygienic conditions/stacking/storage conditions/safety requirements


Requirements


B.Sc. in food-related discipline, such as food science, microbiology, chemistry, or food industry management.
Relevant Professional qualification is preferred.
Relevant experience in food chemistry, product development, food preparation, and food industry marketing are required
Minimum two years’ experience in a relevant field (food-related discipline, such as food science, microbiology, chemistry, or food industry management)
Have at least one of the quality management/ISO certifications
Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) management system
Track record in business analysis
