Duties


  • To provide comprehensive corporate and department/division learning and development plans to support the objectives and priorities of Morouj.
  • To carry out a skills assessment audit following the completion of the Appraisal to show the strengths, development areas for each department.
  • Managing & Monitoring how effectively learning has been transferred to employees.
  • conducting TNA to all departments and Morouj’s staff.
  • Assisting in the Company’s ongoing development through the identification of organizational and role specific training needs, delivering programs which enhance the overall capability of the Company.
  • Assist in coordination of different learning events
  • Producing training materials for in-house courses.
  • Performing periodic and regular training evaluation.
  • Preparing data sheet to training and learning programs.
  • Assist in developing annual training plan
  • (ISO Requirements) Investigating and ensuring that consultants, researchers and operations staff are complying with the defined processes and guidelines established for each stage of the process



Requirements


Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources or relevant experience
+3 years of work experience as L&D Professional.
Extensive knowledge of skills development and capacity building strategies
Strong experience in designing, developing and delivering training material.
Experience in linking training to performance and quality.
Experience in carrying out Training Needs Analysis
Facilitation background is an asset
