Employees Relations Team Leader

Duties
- Updating and maintaining Employee Relations records and reports with accurate employee data.
- Participates in the development and implementation of program policies and procedures to ensure efficient HR & Employee Relations operations.
- Performs administrative and recordkeeping tasks related to staffing changes, which may include layoffs, resignations, terminations, and extended leaves of absence.
- Processing leavers, end of service, LTA including preparing accurate, relevant documentation and updating systems accordingly.
- Maintains employee records, ensuring completion and accuracy of details such as “Employment contracts, Employees’ attendance system, etc…”.
- Investigates problems, such as: disciplinary actions, and employee and applicant appeals and grievances. According to circumstances, provides guidance and recommendations for problem resolution to departmental officials and individuals.
- Maintain records of employee leave and balances including: personal and vacation time, short term and long term disability leave. Ensure all appropriate documentation is in personnel files.
- Coordinate and calculate employees and worker’s meal and transportation allowance.
- Ensure that the personnel processes are applied and followed by company staff, providing advice service /awareness, maintain updated employee’s records & files when needed.
- Administer leaves of absence according to company policy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in Human Resources.
- Strong Knowledge of Sudan’s Labor LAW.
- Strong Knowledge of HR Policies & Procedures.
- Excellent Communication skills (Verbal & Written).
- Excellent Computer skills, Advanced Excel Skills.
- Excellent time management and meeting the deadlines.
- Excellent team work skills.
- Excellent report writing skills
