Human Resources & Administration Manager (Bashir Motors-Elnefeidi Group)

Report To: General Manager

Main Duties and Responsibilities
Inherited Authenticity

→ Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall
business strategy.
→ Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands,
grievances, or other issues.
Manage the recruitment and selection process.
Support current and future business needs through the development,
engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
→ Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures
across the organization
→ Nurture a positive working environment
> Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high
→ Develop and maintain the policy and programs for employee compensation and
→ Leads in yearly salary increment and bonus calculation process and
communicate to all staff and process payment in time.
Identify training needs, and monitor training programs.
> Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
→ Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Administers building & facility maintenance and security force supervision.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:

► Strong detail orientation and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Capable of using good judgment and discretion in handling HR
Strong dependability with an ability to follow through and meet
> Well-developed analytical and problem-solving abilities.
► Able to organize work, engage in a variety of tasks simultaneously and
consistently meet deadlines.
► Able to be a self-starter and take initiative to perform duties independently as
well as in a team.
► Maintain a high level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
► Strong verbal and written communication skills.


Inherited Authenticity
Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field, Master degree in Human
Resources preferred.
✓ SHRM/ CIPD certification is preferred.
Minimum 7 years in Human Resources or related field
