We want you to participate in our vision of becoming the leading IT solutions provider in Sudan. We are currently in search of a Sales Account Manager responsible for all HASH IT software sales activities.

Job purpose

The Key Accounts Manager is responsible for all HASH IT software sales activities, from lead generation through close, and is responsible for maximizing sales profitability, growth and account penetration.

Duties and responsibilities

Products and services are sold directly to end-users primarily via face-to-face contact by performing the following duties:
  • Perform all sales activities for new business customers.
  • Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers in order to generate new business for the company.
  • Travel if needed, to call on regular and prospective customers, meet with them, or speak with them by phone to solicit sales.
  • Maintain a regular schedule of contact with customers to ensure satisfaction via phone or on-site visits.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned revenue objectives.
  • Research and compile lists of prospective customers through sales leads, internet searches, periodicals, business directories, industry ads, trade shows, and other sources.
  • Remain knowledgeable and abreast of the company’s new, and existing products & services to facilitate sales.
  • Create and conduct sales presentations matching HASH IT’s products/services with customer needs.
  • Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
  • Create and maintain account plans for existing customers highlighting profile, share and value opportunities.
  • Coordinate sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting and development teams.
  • Maintain sales records and prepare sales reports as required.
  • Provide accurate forecasts for new sales and renewal revenues.
  • Participate in trade shows and conventions; schedule training and seminars to enhance new business opportunities
  • Enter new customer data and other sales data for current customers into the computer database.
  • Alert clients to new or improved products/services.
  • Develop and maintain positive win-win relationships with clients.
  • Relay client feedback to product development staff.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Software engineering, or any relevant field, with software sales experience.
  • MBA holders have an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years of software sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow customer relationships.
  • Prior success growing company revenue.
  • Demonstrated understanding of high-level software design and development.
  • Excellent written, and oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving, negotiating and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office programs.
  • Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) upkeep, management, forecasting, and maintenance of sales pipeline activities, is a plus.
