We are looking for a Sales Executive for our Manpower Outsourcing Division. Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible to bring in new businesses and generate sales for a portfolio of accounts to achieve annual sales targets


Research new sales opportunities within the existing portfolio of accounts and identify new potential customers within the allocated sales area.
Build a strong sales pipeline.
Sell a range of services that includes Facilities Management and Manpower Outsourcing.
Provide customers and potential customers with information about company products and services.
Prepare proposals, submittals and tenders.
Coordinate site surveys along with the operations department. The recommendation of the operations department to be included in proposals submitted to clients.
Follow up on submitted quotations to obtain contracts & to achieve sales targets.
Work with internal teams to develop solutions to satisfy prospective customer needs.
Cultivate the relationship with direct customers and partners to ensure business is grown and retained.
Meet clients regularly in order to understand the level of customer satisfaction with service delivered. Highlight noteworthy meeting minutes to key stakeholders internally
Maintain awareness of sales and other development amongst competitors and pass any relevant information to the appropriate company personnel.
Develop a good understanding of the customer needs, products and vertical market


Degree / Diploma in any discipline from a reputable university
Minimum 5 years experience in sales, the last 2 years from security services, facilities management and/or manpower outsourcing industry
UAE or Regional Gulf sales experience is essential
Proven successful sales track record
Strong business and commercial acumen.
Must have a valid UAE driving license.
