Execute & implement HR services in accordance with policies and programs related to payroll ensuring that the bank is in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations & objectives. To monitor Income tax, Social Insurance and Zakat monthly deductions and produce the monthly tracking report.
Administer staff loans expenses and incentives beside annual increments.In charge of non payroll processing, overtime monitoring and act as a payroll Officer back up person beside supporting HR operations day to day activities.


Payroll Administration

- Prepare monthly staff payroll for approval by supervisor and unit head ensuring proper tax and zakat calculation as well as other deductions.

- Review and update staff transactions using HR information system to allocate staff salaries to relevant charges.

- Monitor staff hardship and Housing allowances.

- Manages staff annual Bonuses and track the entitlement for staff under probation period.

- Prepare monthly tracking reports for the expenses.

2-Calculate Government monthly deductions

- In consultation with IT department, update the payroll system with any changes in Zakat, Income Tax and Social Insurance circulars.

- Prepare monthly tracking reports for the expenses.

- Follow with Income Tax Department to have the approval for exemption limits in regards to staff over 50 years of age.

- Prepare relevant data for HR audit purposes.

3-Social Insurance :

- Process staff registration using form 2 of the social insurance.

- Prepare staff edition & deletion.

- Develop social insurance basic list.

- Process the monthly payments.

- Process staff after service insurance dues.

4-HR Loans:-

- Analyzing staff loans positions.

- Processing new loans for the staff.

- Updating the staff installment.

5-Staff Overtime

- Prepare and develop staff monthly overtime expenditure.

- Analysis the report for management approval

- Process the monthly payments.

- Monitor Mena overtime applications.

- Coordinate with HR supervisors and line managers to timely process staff transactions in the work flow

- Analyze the applications

- Process the transactions

- Prepare the monthly tracking reports

6-Staff end of service benefits

- Receive staff clearance.

- Calculate staff exit claim.

- Arrange for staff liabilities liquidation.

- Proper documentation of the exit claim.

7- Non payroll processing

- Coordinate with the HR supervisor to obtain the necessary approvals for processing.

- Analyze the applications in light of policy requirements

- Timely processing of the applications

- Prepare the monthly non payroll tracking report

8- Staff Supervision& Reporting

- Supervise staff in Compensation section

- Provide day to day monitoring and coaching

- Prepare related reports- Any responsibility assigned by supervisor.
