- Responsible for the delivery of planned amount of cutfiller and CRES to factory make & pack area and / or to an outside customer together with proper packaging.

- Plans and organizes the allocations of work force in the necessary work centers. Co-ordinates the vacation and overtime plans of TP department and monitors the attendance.

- Accountable for quality of production and compliance with JTI manufacturing procedures and policies with respect to product specifications, quality standards and blends.

- Assures the perfect housekeeping and proper layout of TP area.

- Responsible for the processing inventory and handling of Make & Pack shorts and all kind of dust.

- Accountable to implement maintenance programs to ensure to maintain the required production capacity.

- Guides his/her team to build up and maintain “a self-motivated team” and a “disciplined work environment”. Accountable to enforce acts and safe working. environment. Accountable to define training needs of TP department together with HR Departmentz.

- Accountable for handling special projects when assigned by management.
