Business Application Analyst
Solve the problems of users from different functions, HR, Sales Buzz,….
Help in enhance and improve current systems
Develop new reports from business applications (sales buzz ,Oracle EBS, …)
Modify existing reports in ( sales buzz, Oracle EBS,.…)
Monitoring, solving problems and following up the status of some old systems, if any
Organise and supervise the activities and work of peers to ensure that all work is carried out in an efficient manner which is consistent with operating procedures and policy
Help in Implementing approved departmental policies, processes, procedures and instructions to peers and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner
Supervises and support the day-to-day operations of business application to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures
Academic and professional qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor in software engineering
Experience:
3-5 years relevant experience in Business application
