Job Summary:
• Promote and enhance the company image in the market through developing and implementing an effective learning and development plan for internal clients according to the company goals and strategies.

Assist in developing and following up the implementation of the Training plan of the company.
Manage learning innovation (platforms, technologies, intervention and delivery channels)
Implement specific learning and talent programs and initiatives.
Make the necessary logistical arrangements for the training courses inside and outside the company premises and control the stock of training equipments.
Follow up employees’ evaluation after training and provide feedback to management.
Provide support to business learning partners in the development and deployment of business learning solutions.
Follow the implementation of global learning initiatives as identified by Group.
Monitor learning metrics and ROIs for learning initiatives.
Coordinate with Group HR to rollout talent management initiatives for critical positions, top talent and leadership pool.
Assist in identify and develop the critical talent needs
Support in design and execute development plans and actions for the talent pool.
Assist in design and develop business relevant programs for succession readiness.
Help in finding new training centres abroad as well as domestically.
Follow up all the learning and development financial processes.
Maintain and update learning and talent records.
Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual reports.
Perform Ad-Hoc duties as assigned by managment
18- Be responsible for maintaining the information security of MTN physical or information assets that they access, use, or manage as per the company policies.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or relevant. 
• Minimum 2-3 year’s relevant working experience

• Able to work of own Initiative 
• Good interpersonal skills 
• High Computer Literacy 
• High accuracy levels and work quality standards.
• Attention to details
