- Business Partnering: Proactively supports Heads of Departments and line management in identifying key people & organization challenges and opportunities. Partners with P&CBPs, P&C Specialists and OD Managers where necessary to ensure relevant solutions are developed and implemented. Takes accountability for the implementation of such solutions. Prioritizes and executes strategic & operational P&C delivery through workforce planning, recruitment, Talent Management and development, Compensation & Benefits topics, P&C Services, Performance Management, Line Management coaching and support to ensure the smooth running of the business operations.

- Reporting & Budgeting: Drive P&C planning and reporting for all departments through ASP, LEs, SPC, monthly and ad-hoc by partnering with C&B and the rest of P&C to provide for accurate consolidation of all people-related data relevant for planning and reporting. Conduct analysis of planning and reporting data to inform on various P&C actions and initiatives e.g. overtime management, working hours etc. Fully responsible for delivering proper data for any planning phases & ASP calculation in terms of e.g HC.

- Talent Management: Drive the talent matrix review process for WG4 & promotes talent management awareness across the organization. Initiates & drives the annual performance appraisal process & encourages employees to complete all performance discussion stages, develop & deliver related refreshment sessions, and provide employees with coaching & guidance on the process. implement & maintain annual training & development plans.

- Recruitment: Responsible for supporting line managers in recruitment activities & managing the full onboarding & induction activities.

- Projects & Employer Branding: Responsible for working & implementing local, regional & corporate projects as assigned either individually or in teams. Works with stakeholders on the implementation of corporate or local employer branding strategy as required. Identifies & drives opportunities to attract talent & advertise JTI as an employer of choice in line with local regulations.

- Advocate and facilitate employee relations matters including handling grievances, disciplinary processes and ongoing relations with the Labor Union to strengthen employee engagement.
