1. Collaborates with the Engineering department to run all needed maintenance to our premises. While assessing the need of having external provider to do the maintenance.

2. Responsible for all utilities including IAs/STAs houses utilities , generators maintenance, installation, etc. As well as for the awareness campaigns to reduce the power and water usage.

3. Responsible for the company's assets and furniture in terms of inventory and purchasing. Also, is responsible for all renovation projects in the company.
Supports the organization of company events such as Iftar Ramadan, Football Tournament , Year End Celebration,..etc., in terms of preparation vendor identification, logistics and any other task may requested from the Admin manager.
Resposible and handling all Clinic requests insurance claims & addition.

4. Prepares monthly accruals and monthly closing invoices for finance department. Creates relevant to general services and HR function PRs, PO, and LGRN in the system.

5. Responsible to support the newly joined IAs / STAs to find a suitable houses according to their budget, before their arrival or within 30 days after their arrival to the country. Meanwhile, ensures that they will have an accommodation for them. Responsible for all maintenance in IAs / STAs house, and ensures the best quality is being delivered with the best price available.

6. Other (if applicable)
Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager’s request.
