Main Job Purpose (Job Summary):
The Marketing & Sales Senior Manager plans, directs, or coordinates marketing strategies, programs, and
policies, such as determining the demand for educational products and services offered by Sudacad and its
competitors and identifying potential customers both corporate and individuals. Develop pricing strategies with
the goal of maximizing Sudacad’s profits or share of the market while ensuring the firm’s customers are satisfied.
Oversee product development or monitor trends that indicate the need for new products and services.

Duties & responsibilities:
– Identify, develop, or evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment
objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.
– Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction.
– Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, or
return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
– Compile lists describing product or service offerings.
– Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction.
– Use sales forecasting or strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines,
or services and monitoring market trends.
– Promote Sudacad existing training programs to the corporates and individuals’ markets
– Identify marketing opportunities and initiate market research studies or analyze their findings
– Sustain rapport with key accounts and build strategic business partnerships.
– Coordinate or participate in promotional activities or trade shows, working with advertisers to
market products or services.
– Provide reports and dashboards by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
– Negotiate contracts with vendors related to marketing.
– Direct the hiring, training, or performance evaluations of marketing or sales staff and oversee
their daily activities.
– Stay current in industry by attending conferences, workshops, publications and maintain
personal and professional networks.

Job Requirements (Minimum Qualification, Experience, training, or certificates)
– Minimum Academic Qualification
– B.Sc. in business administration, Marketing, Economics, or any other related fields.
– MBA is Preferable
– Minimum Years of Experience:
– 7 – 10 Years of experience in a relevant field
– Training or certificates
– CIM Marketing Certificate or any relevant certificate
Languages: Arabic/ Fluent English
