Lab Analyst (RM)
- Assure proper sampling procedure of packing/raw materials
- Preparing chemical reagents, standard solutions apparatus and instruments needed for material analysis to get accurate results
- When receiving a material, he/she has to :
- Doing measurement analysis for the received materials to confirm its meet Savola standards
- Following with production team to do the machine trialing
- In case of nonconformity to communicate the result immediately to concern parties (quality, purchasing WHs,) via written NCR report ore. mail
- Assure proper storing of received materials (stacking, handling, and storage conditions) and tagging according to its standard
- Identify, control the materials by putting a label:
- Green for conformity materials showing date and quantity
- Red for nonconformity showing date, quantity and reason for hold
- To verify the material complaints with production team, communicate it to purchasing team and assure that the suitable actions has been taken
- Following with QA inspector for the finish products defects related to packing materials and reporting the cases
- Regular visits to external WHs to evaluate the materials stored there in terms of stacking, production and expiry dates, hygienic and storage conditions,…etc and reporting of the WHs
- In case of repeated same nonconformity, he/she has to apply for a corrective action to QC Supervisor who will coordinate and follow up the implementation of the corrective action
- Following the materials sent to external labs till getting the results
- Testing the sample for evaluation (lab and machine trailing) and send the feedback with recommendation (under the supervision of QC supervisor)
- Coordination with purchasing team for time of receiving incoming materials and plan for it
- Keep records of the analysis, measurements, evaluations, NCRs, inspections and visits for documentation and traceability
- Ensure that received materials meeting the production and expiry dates and its well printed on its packages
- Ensure tagging for materials in WHs (green tag for approved materials and red tag for rejected materials
- Execute any duties instructed by his direct supervisor relative to his field of his job
- Achieve KPI’s
- Following the hygienic and Safety activities related to job
Qualifications, Experience & SkillsEducation:
Bachelor’s degree in science (chemistry), food technology or any relevant
Experience:1 to 2 year’s relevant experience.
Language: Arabic (Must), English (Preferred).

- ضمان إجراءات أخذ العينات المناسبة للتعبئة / المواد الخام
- تحضير الكواشف الكيميائية وأجهزة المحاليل القياسية والأدوات اللازمة لتحليل المواد للحصول على نتائج دقيقة
- عند استلام مادة ما ، يجب عليه / عليها:
- عمل تحليل قياس للمواد المستلمة للتأكد من مطابقتها لمعايير صافولا
- متابعة مع فريق الإنتاج للقيام بتجربة الآلة
- في حالة عدم المطابقة ، قم بإبلاغ النتيجة على الفور إلى الأطراف المعنية (الجودة ، شراء WHs) عبر تقرير خام NCR المكتوب. بريد
- ضمان التخزين السليم للمواد المستلمة (التكديس ، والتداول ، وظروف التخزين) ووضع العلامات وفقًا لمعاييرها
- تحديد المواد والتحكم فيها عن طريق وضع ملصق:
- اللون الأخضر لمواد المطابقة التي توضح التاريخ والكمية
- اللون الأحمر لعدم المطابقة يوضح التاريخ والكمية وسبب الحجز للتحقق من الشكاوى الجوهرية مع فريق الإنتاج ، وإبلاغ فريق الشراء بها ، والتأكد من اتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة
- المتابعة مع مفتش ضمان الجودة لمعرفة عيوب المنتج النهائي المتعلقة بمواد التعبئة والإبلاغ عن الحالات
- زيارات منتظمة إلى WHs الخارجية لتقييم المواد المخزنة هناك من حيث التراص والإنتاج وتواريخ انتهاء الصلاحية والظروف الصحية والتخزين ... إلخ والإبلاغ عن WHs
- في حالة تكرار عدم المطابقة نفسه ، يتعين عليه / عليها التقدم بطلب للحصول على إجراء تصحيحي إلى مشرف مراقبة الجودة الذي سينسق ويتابع تنفيذ الإجراء التصحيحي
- متابعة المواد المرسلة إلى المعامل الخارجية حتى الحصول على النتائج
- اختبار العينة للتقييم (معمل وآلة لاحقة) وإرسال الملاحظات مع التوصيات (تحت إشراف مشرف مراقبة الجودة)
- التنسيق مع فريق المشتريات في وقت استلام المواد الواردة والتخطيط لذلك
- احتفظ بسجلات للتحليل والقياسات والتقييمات و NCRs والتفتيش والزيارات للتوثيق والتتبع
- تأكد من أن المواد المستلمة تتوافق مع تواريخ الإنتاج وانتهاء الصلاحية وأنها مطبوعة جيدًا على عبواتها
- تأكد من وضع علامات على المواد في WHs (علامة خضراء للمواد المعتمدة وعلامة حمراء للمواد المرفوضة
- تنفيذ أي واجبات يكلفه بها رئيسه المباشر فيما يتعلق بمجال وظيفته
- تحقيق مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية
- اتباع أنشطة الصحة والسلامة المتعلقة بالوظيفة
المؤهلات والخبرة والمهارات
- درجة البكالوريوس في العلوم (الكيمياء) ، وتكنولوجيا الغذاء ، أو أي شيء ذي صلة
- الخبرة: 1 إلى 2 سنوات خبرة ذات صلة.
- اللغة: العربية (يجب) ، الإنجليزية (مفضل).
