Job Purpose:

To oversee, coordinate, and control all processes ensuring proper receive of consignments to Port Sudan, completing formalities related in the FZA and arranging to release the same by completing clearance formalities as per company/customer requirements.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any other related discipline from reputed College.

Minimum Experience:

3 - 5 years of experience in the procurement function.

الغرض من الوظيفة:

الإشراف على جميع العمليات وتنسيقها ومراقبتها لضمان استلام الشحنات بشكل صحيح إلى بورتسودان ، واستكمال الإجراءات المتعلقة بهيئة المنطقة الحرة ، والترتيب للإفراج عنها من خلال استكمال إجراءات التخليص حسب متطلبات الشركة / العميل.

الحد الأدنى من المتطلبات

درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو أي تخصص آخر ذي صلة من كلية مرموقة.

الحد الأدنى من الخبرة:
3-5 سنوات خبرة في مجال المشتريات.

المهارات والكفاءات:

ذكاء تجاري.
مهارات الاتصال الشفهي والكتابي.
اللغة العربية واللغة الإنجليزية.
محو الأمية الحاسوبية.
تفاوض.
التخطيط والتنظيم.
حل المشاكل.
إدارة الوقت.
