Job Title: Construction Field Engineer

Job Purpose:

Supervises, coordinates and o
versees preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring that implementation meets design specifications, budgets, and timelines

Minimum Requirements

Minimum Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering/ Construction management or any other related field.

• Professional certification (e.g., PMP, LEED AP) is an advantage.

Minimum Experience:

•7-10 years’ experience in construction projects.

Skills and Competencies:

• Structural and materials engineering knowledge.

• Project planning and site supervision.

• Knowledge of construction laws, permits, and safety regulations.

• Analytical thinking and Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Project.

• Cost control and scheduling.

• Understanding of operational processes and procedures. .

• Fluency in Arabic and English.

• Strong communication skills

الغرض من الوظيفة:

الإشراف على أعمال الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية وتنسيقها والإشراف عليها، مع ضمان توافق التنفيذ مع مواصفات التصميم والميزانيات والجداول الزمنية.

الحد الأدنى من المتطلبات

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية/إدارة الإنشاءات أو أي مجال آخر ذي صلة.
• تُعدّ الشهادات المهنية (مثل PMP وLEED AP) ميزة إضافية.

الخبرة المطلوبة:

• خبرة من 7 إلى 10 سنوات في مشاريع البناء.

المهارات والكفاءات:

• معرفة بهندسة الإنشاءات والمواد.
• تخطيط المشاريع والإشراف على المواقع.
• معرفة بقوانين البناء والتصاريح ولوائح السلامة.
• التفكير التحليلي ومهارات قوية في حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرارات.
• إجادة برامج AutoCAD وRevit وMS Project.
• ضبط التكاليف والجدولة. • فهم العمليات والإجراءات التشغيلية.
• إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
• مهارات تواصل قوية.
