Qualifications and Years of experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in relevant role.
- Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is required.
Main Job Role:
- Oversee all aspects of beverage plant operations, including production, packaging, maintenance, and logistics.
- Ensure manufacturing targets volume, efficiency, and cost are met while maintaining product quality and safety.
- Drive continuous improvement in production processes.
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety standards and health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Manage raw material and packaging material usage in coordination with supply chain and procurement teams.
- Manage operational budgets, production costs, and capital expenditure for plant improvements and expansions.
Knowledge:
- Experience with regulatory compliance, quality systems, and food safety standards.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage operations.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.

تبحث شركة أراك عن مدير مصنع للانضمام إلى فريقها في السودان.
الوظائف الشاغرة: وظيفة واحدة
المؤهلات وسنوات الخبرة:
- درجة بكالوريوس في علوم الأغذية، أو الهندسة الميكانيكية/الصناعية، أو مجال تقني ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن ١٢ عامًا في منصب ذي صلة.
- يشترط وجود خبرة سابقة في صناعة الأغذية والمشروبات.
المهام الرئيسية:
- الإشراف على جميع جوانب عمليات مصنع المشروبات، بما في ذلك الإنتاج والتعبئة والصيانة والخدمات اللوجستية.
- ضمان تحقيق أهداف التصنيع من حيث الحجم والكفاءة والتكلفة مع الحفاظ على جودة المنتج وسلامته.
- قيادة التحسين المستمر لعمليات الإنتاج.
- ضمان الامتثال الصارم لمعايير سلامة الأغذية ولوائح الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
- إدارة استخدام المواد الخام ومواد التعبئة والتغليف بالتنسيق مع فرق سلسلة التوريد والمشتريات.
- إدارة الميزانيات التشغيلية وتكاليف الإنتاج والنفقات الرأسمالية لتحسينات وتوسعات المصنع.
المعرفة:
- خبرة في الامتثال التنظيمي وأنظمة الجودة ومعايير سلامة الأغذية. - قدرة مثبتة على قيادة الفرق وإدارة العمليات.
- مهارات ممتازة في حل المشكلات والتحليل.
- قدرات تواصل وقيادة قوية.
