 Duties

Job Purpose

• The Sr. Service Station Supervisor is responsible for the efficient operation of the fuel station and car washing section. He/She will be responsible for managing, planning, and developing the section to meet customer needs while ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
• Main ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement policies and procedures for the efficient and effective management of the fuel station and car washing facilities.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and efficiency.
• Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the fuel station and car washing section, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
• Ensure that all equipment, tools, and facilities are maintained and in good working condition, and schedule repairs or replacements as needed.
• Oversee daily operations of the fuel station and car washing section.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of fuel pumps, tanks, and other equipment to ensure they are operating safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and delivery of services.
• Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and profitability of the service station, and make recommendations to senior management for changes to procedures or equipment.
• Perform Ad-Hoc duties as assigned by the Fleet Manager

 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, Minimum of 7+ years of experience in a management role in the fuel station and car washing industry.

Job-related Knowledge: -

1. Knowledge of fuel station and car washing operations.
2. Knowledge of safety regulations and company policies.
3. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
4. Knowledge of budget management and financial analysis.

الغرض من الوظيفة

مشرف محطة خدمة الأب هو المسؤول عن التشغيل الفعال لمحطة الوقود وقسم غسيل السيارات. سيكون مسؤولاً عن إدارة وتخطيط وتطوير القسم لتلبية احتياجات العملاء مع ضمان الامتثال لمعايير ولوائح الشركة.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

1. وضع وتنفيذ سياسات وإجراءات الإدارة الكفؤة والفعالة لمحطة الوقود ومرافق غسيل السيارات.
2. تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات لتحسين جودة الخدمة وكفاءتها.
3. تنفيذ إجراءات التشغيل القياسية (SOPs) لمحطة الوقود وقسم غسيل السيارات ، مع ضمان الامتثال للوائح الصحة والسلامة ، وسياسات الشركة ، وأفضل الممارسات الصناعية.
4. تأكد من صيانة جميع المعدات والأدوات والمرافق وأنها في حالة عمل جيدة ، وجدولة الإصلاحات أو الاستبدال حسب الحاجة.
5. الإشراف على العمليات اليومية لمحطة الوقود وقسم غسيل السيارات.
6. تطوير والحفاظ على العلاقات مع العملاء لضمان رضا العملاء وولائهم.
7. الإشراف على صيانة وإصلاح مضخات الوقود والخزانات وغيرها من المعدات للتأكد من أنها تعمل بأمان وكفاءة.
8. التعاون مع الإدارات وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين لضمان سير العمليات وتقديم الخدمات بسلاسة.
9. تحديد الفرص المتاحة لتحسين كفاءة وربحية محطة الخدمة ، وتقديم توصيات للإدارة العليا لإجراء تغييرات على الإجراءات أو المعدات.
10. أداء واجبات مخصصة كما تم تعيينها من قبل مدير الأسطول

متطلبات
درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو مجال ذي صلة ، خبرة لا تقل عن 7 + سنوات في دور إداري في محطة الوقود وصناعة غسيل السيارات.

المعرفة المتعلقة بالوظيفة: -

1. معرفة عمليات محطة الوقود وغسيل السيارات.
2. معرفة لوائح السلامة وسياسات الشركة.
3. معرفة مبادئ وممارسات خدمة العملاء.
4. معرفة إدارة الميزانية والتحليل المالي.
