هو برنامج تنموي مُكثف في وقت مُبكر من الحياة المهنية.
توفر مجموعة سي تي سي الفرصة لخريجي كلية المحاسبة المالية الجدد، لدمج معارفهم الأكاديمية مع الخبرة العملية، من أجل تسريع نموهم الوظيفي، للمشاركة في برنامج تنمية الشباب [التدقيق الداخلي]
للتقديم تأكد من مطابقة المعايير التالية
- أن تكون من خريجي أحد السنوات التالية 2020 أو 2021 أو 2022
- حاصل على درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة المالية
- مُشارك في أنشطة غير أكاديمية خلال سنوات الدراسة الجامعية
- على إستعداد للعمل الجاد والتنقل محليا
- لديك مهارات إتصال ممتازة، مدفوعة بروح العمل الجماعي

Young Development Programme
An intensive early-career developmental program especially designed for graduates of the School of Accounting & Finance, to merge their academic knowledge with in-depth practical experience, in order to accelerate career growth.
CTC Group is offering fresh graduates of Accounting and Finance the opportunity to participate in its Young Development Programme [𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝘂𝗱𝗶𝘁]
- Be a graduate of the years 2022, 2021 or 2020.
- Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance.
- Have been involved in non-academic extra-curricular activities during university years.
- Are willing to work hard, demonstrate passion and travel and relocate locally.
- Have good communication skills, be self-driven with great teamwork spirit.
