برنامج التطوير الهندسي
هو برنامج تنموي مكثف في وقت مُبكر من الحياة المهنية مصمم خصيصاً لخريجي كليات الهندسة الزراعية والميكانيكية؛ لدمج معرفتهم الأكاديمية مع الخبرة العملية، من أجل تسريع النمو الوظيفي.
تُتيح مجموعة سي تي سي الفرصة للخريجين الجدد في الهندسة الزراعية والميكانيكية للمشاركة في برنامج التطوير الهندسي [خدمة العملاء والمبيعات الإقليمية]
- أن تكون من خريجين السنوات 2022 أو 2021 أو 2020.
- حاصل على درجة البكالريوس في الهندسة الزراعية أو الميكانيكية.
- أن تكون قد شاركت في الأنشطة غير الأكاديمية خلال سنوات الدراسة الجامعية.
- على استعداد للعمل الجاد وإظهار الشغف والسفر والانتقال محليًا.
- لديك مهارات اتصال جيدة ، مدفوعة بروح العمل الجماعي.

merge their academic knowledge with in-depth practical experience, in order to accelerate
career growth

In order to join, you will have to match the following criteria:
- .Be a graduate of the years 2022,2021 or 2020.
- Have a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics/ Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Have been involved in non-academic extra-curricular during university years.
- Demonstrate passion and are willing to work hard
- Have good communication skills, and be self-driven with great teamwork spirit.
