Main Job Purpose:
The primary objective of this role is to coordinate resources to achieve target site availability and optimize Network Field Operations (NFO) efficiency, contributing to seamless operations and organizational goals.
This role involves supervising workshop activities, monitoring resources, and planning maintenance to
ensure operational excellence.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Implement preventive and corrective maintenance (PM, CM) for regional workshop sites.
2. Oversee wireless network workshop activities, including BTS CM and PM.
3. Operate technical activities related to new projects and other operators’ hosting activities, ensuring
workshop site operation meets SLA and KPIs.
4. Analyze field maintenance reports, propose efficient solutions, and request spare parts as needed
while managing inventory.
5. Coordinate resources (time, budget, staff) to achieve target site availability and optimize the use of
all allocated resources (manpower, tools, and machines).
6. Plan fuel and electricity to ensure site operation and safeguard site assets through security measures.
7. Supervise workshop technicians and riggers to meet technical KPIs, SLA, and MTTR, and ensure FM
compliance with processes and procedures.
8. Collaborate with NEC to efficiently implement service requests and Complaint handling
9. Coordinate with NEC/RNO/PMO to implement a new or expanded workshop.
10. Provide feedback for every trouble ticket (TT) through OWS and develop and maintain an accurate
database for workshop sites in OWS.

3. Acceptance Test Knowledge: Conduct and evaluate acceptance tests to ensure quality.
4. Troubleshooting: Proficient in using diagnostic tools and techniques Investigate and resolve
Issues in MW, BTS, Power System TRX.
5. Service Level Agreement (SLA) Adherence: Skilled in coordinating and prioritizing work
activities to ensure new services are delivered within the target SLA.
6. Preventive Maintenance Procedures: Comprehensive understanding of recommended
maintenance activities and schedules to optimize the performance and lifespan of the region.
Qualifications
- Education Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Experience 0-1 years of experience in relevant fields.
- Language Fluent in English/Arabic (Written& Spoken)
