Job Specifications
Job Purpose:
To provide technical expertise in the design, development, and support of innovative financial technology solutions for Zain SD. This role involves ensuring the effective implementation and maintenance of FinTech products and services, aligning business objectives while resolving technical issues and optimizing system performance.
Key tasks &; Responsibilities:
Technical Support:
Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for FinTech solutions, ensuring timely resolution of issues and maintaining service quality.
Solution Development:
Assist in the development of customer products, services, and applications, ensuring effective digital delivery channels (e.g., self-service portals, mobile applications) across platforms (iOS, Android, Windows).
System Integration:
Collaborate with development teams to ensure integration of new solutions with existing systems, focusing on Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).
API Management:
Support the development and management of well-documented API exposure layers, promoting reuse and ensuring compliance with best practices.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct testing and validation of new software implementations to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within FinTech solutions to enhance efficiency.
Capacity Management:
Monitor and manage service capacity to align with user needs and performance metrics.
Documentation:
Maintain thorough documentation of technical processes, system configurations, and operational procedures.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to users and team members on FinTech products and technical solutions.
What We Need From You
Personal Specifications
Qualifications:
B.Sc. in Information Technology, software engineer or any related field.
Any professional certification is an advantage.
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a technical role within the FinTech, banking, or telecom sectors.
Vendor management experience.
Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret customer business needs, and translate them into actionable technical requirements.
Experience:
Min 2 years
Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of FinTech products, services, and market trends.
Proficiency in software development practices and methodologies.
Familiarity with API design and management.
Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Skills:
- Must have the ability to understand customer needs and turn them into technical and system requirements.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to conduct workshops for stakeholders.
- Proficient in Working with cross-functional teams and ensuring effective communication.
- Experience in a pressurized working environment with the ability to resolve unexpected conflicting demands in a rapidly changing environment
- Must demonstrate the ability to do multi-tasks while be able to produce accurate documents and reports for management
Key Behaviors for Success
- Good understanding of Zain’s propositions, products and services is an advantage.
- Thorough knowledge of competitors and their propositions, product and services is an advantage.
- Thorough knowledge of presentation tools, such as power point.
- Profound experience with reporting tools, such as Data Warehouse as well as all MS applications e.g. Visio (or similar)

الغرض من الوظيفة:
توفير الخبرة الفنية في تصميم وتطوير ودعم حلول التكنولوجيا المالية المبتكرة لشركة زين السودان. يتضمن هذا الدور ضمان فعالية تنفيذ وصيانة منتجات وخدمات التكنولوجيا المالية، ومواءمة أهداف العمل مع حل المشكلات الفنية وتحسين أداء النظام.
المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية:
الدعم الفني:
تقديم المساعدة الفنية واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها لحلول التكنولوجيا المالية، وضمان حل المشكلات في الوقت المناسب والحفاظ على جودة الخدمة.
تطوير الحلول:
المساعدة في تطوير منتجات وخدمات وتطبيقات العملاء، وضمان قنوات توصيل رقمية فعالة (مثل بوابات الخدمة الذاتية، وتطبيقات الهاتف المحمول) عبر المنصات (iOS، Android، Windows).
تكامل النظام:
التعاون مع فرق التطوير لضمان تكامل الحلول الجديدة مع الأنظمة الحالية، مع التركيز على الهندسة الموجهة نحو الخدمة (SOA).
إدارة واجهات برمجة التطبيقات:

ضمان الجودة:

المؤهلات:
بكالوريوس في تكنولوجيا المعلومات، أو هندسة برمجيات، أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
يُعد الحصول على أي شهادة مهنية ميزة إضافية.
خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين إلى خمس سنوات في دور تقني في قطاعات التكنولوجيا المالية، أو الخدمات المصرفية، أو الاتصالات.
خبرة في إدارة الموردين.
