Main Job Purpose:

The primary objective of this role is to analyze telecom marketing data to generate actionable insights that enhance campaign performance, boost customer engagement, and support strategic decision-making. This role transforms complex data into clear, impactful intelligence that drives marketing effectiveness.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in collecting, cleaning, and maintaining telecom marketing data (e.g., subscription logs) toensure accuracy and readiness for analysis.
  2. Analyze customer behavior and engagement patterns using subscription log data to identify trends,churn risks, and opportunities for targeted marketing.
  3. Conduct preliminary data analysis to uncover insights that inform campaign strategies and customer segmentation.
  4. Develop and deliver routine and ad-hoc reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to marketing stakeholders.
  5. Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and recommend improvements.
  6. Design and analyze A/B tests to evaluate campaign variations and optimize marketing performance based on data-driven results.
  7. Collaborate with Network, Business Intelligence, and IT teams to validate data sources and ensure alignment with marketing objectives.
  8. Support market research initiatives by preparing targeted subscriber lists and contributing to the  interpretation of research findings.
  9. Implement and promote data governance best practices to maintain data integrity, security, and compliance with internal standards.

Technical Competencies:

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Interprets data to generate insights and presents findings through reports and dashboards.
  • Familiarity with Telecom Data Sources: Understands telecom-specific data like subscription logs and call records for marketing analysis.
  • Basic Knowledge of Data Visualization Tools: Uses tools like Tableau or Power BI to create clear, informative visualizations.
  • Understanding of Marketing Analytics Tools: Applies tools such as Google Analytics to track and evaluate marketing performance.
  • Basic SQL and Data Manipulation Skills: Writes simple SQL queries to extract and prepare data for analysis.
  • Spreadsheet Proficiency (Excel, Google Sheets): Uses spreadsheets for organizing, analyzing, and visualizing data effectively.

Qualifications:

Education 

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Business, or any related field.

Experience

• 0-2 years of experience in data analysis, marketing analytics, or a related field
(internship experience may count).
• Basic understanding of data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or
Google Analytics).
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced telecom environment.

Language 

Excellent in English language (Written &Spoken)
