MTN Sudan is calling forward-thinking professionals to join our dynamic team as Senior – Design Authority: Controls and Process. This is a high-impact role designed for candidates who are passionate about Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management (RAFM), telecom systems, and risk reduction strategies.

Become a key player in implementing MTN Group’s best practices to improve financial integrity, ensure strong internal controls, and reduce revenue leakage.

🎯 Core Purpose of the Role

As the Design Authority for Controls & Process, you will:

• Implement MTN Group’s RAFM best practices within MTN Sudan

• Strengthen primary and secondary control environments to reduce revenue leakage and enhance profitability

• Coordinate RAFM risk assessments for business and network changes, IS upgrades, and major projects

• Improve RAFM maturity levels by driving continuous process improvement and control enhancements

• Manage and interact with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance and oversight

🎓 Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields:
  Telecommunications, Information Systems (IS), Computer Science (CS), or Business

• Professional qualifications in Telecom, Auditing, Reporting, or Measurement are an added advantage

💼 Experience Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience working with or managing internal and external auditors

• At least 1 year of experience working with internal controls and governance systems

• Solid understanding of telecommunications principles and technologies

🧠 Key Competencies

• Risk management and fraud prevention in telecom environments

• Strong analytical and audit coordination skills

• Process improvement and systems control experience

• Knowledge of revenue assurance tools and frameworks

• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally across departments and teams
