📌 Key Responsibilities

As an HR Assistant, you will be responsible for:

• Handling general HR queries and follow-up actions

• Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and personnel file management

• Extracting HR data for analysis and reporting

• Managing HR databases and drafting HR documents

• Using WFP’s HR systems to monitor contracts and deadlines

• Liaising with internal departments such as payroll and contracts

🎓 Required Qualifications

• Education: Secondary education is required; a post-secondary certificate in HR or related field is desirable

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in administrative roles, preferably in HR functions

• Languages: Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential
