Duties
Responsible for Morouj online presence through social media, website development and online partnership. Planning and managing online marketing campaigns that promote a company’s brands and products. Planning campaigns, analyzing metrics, and identifying trends. Ensure digital channel delivers brand awareness and engagement.
Main Responsibilities
- Plan and execute all digital projects (website, apps, partnerships)
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence through keeping up-to-date with social media trends in order to meet our client’s needs.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points to ensure ongoing customer experience improvement.
- Maintaining sound relations with all staff and service providers (suppliers/stakeholders) in order to work towards the successful implementation of the marketing mission.
- Ensuring the quality of service requested by clients is met (website, social media campaign, digital projects)
- Assist business units and teams with their digital requirements around the organization
- Ensure digital channel delivers brand awareness and engagement.
- Develop collaborative relationships with Brand and Communications Team, internal business units and external partners.
- Provide regular reviews of organizations digital performance including recommendations based on review/analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant experience.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Digital Marketing role.
Job-related Knowledge
- Experience developing and executing digital marketing strategy
- Experience in digital marketing execution – social media (organic and paid), SEM, SEO & website
- Experience with CRM or an automated email marketing platform
- The ability to priorities, manage multiple tasks and bring structure to the management of projects with multiple stakeholders.
