To be fully accountable for the Business Excellence Manager to develop and implement the build HSE system, and meet the legal requirements.
Main ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the developing, implementing and updating of health, safety and environmental systems.
Health and safety of personnel within Morouj company (employees, customers, visitors and contractors).
Adopting waste reduction and waste management programs.
Ensure fully Compliance of the legal requirements needed by governmental authorities
Leading incident/accident investigation to identify root causes and take preventive actions
Participation in HSE awareness
Adopting programs to enhance HSE culture between the employees .
Assessing and minimizing risks resulting from operation activities which can directly affecting the safety of employees and causing damage to property .
Liaising closely with the managers, personnel and others to ensure problems/ issues are identified and solved at an earlier stage.
Ensure Contractor safety system in place
"Monitor the performance of the health, safety and environmental systems and take appropriate actions to improve it"
Readiness for emergencies (equipment’s, safe routes, emergency teams, evacuation plans, ...)
Holding management reviews meeting
To be fully accountable for the quality, accuracy and effectiveness of reports, and KPI’s.
Supervising and coaching the team members and set their yearly target and conduct the performance review on regular basis.
Responsible for the security, Confidentiality & Integrity, of all information assets within his/her responsibilities in accordance with the company’s Information Security Policies.
Minimum 7 years’ experience in a relevant field (Health, Safety & environmental systems, General quality management systems, process development, training, business excellence, auditing)
Job-related KnowledgeDesigning, developing, and implementation of HSE management systems
Risk assessment, waste management, accident prevention, legal requirements…etc.
Understanding of the relevant regulatory, legal and other contextual factors of the Business.
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Business processes formulation knowledge

Leadership / management skills within a matrix management environment.
Conflict handling and resolution skills.
Change management skills.
Writing documentation, giving presentations and teaching workshops.
Ability to develop and apply business processes and map to business and functional requirements
Highly developed skills in use of relevant IT packages including Excel. Word, PowerPoint etc
Highly developed communication and reporting skills (verbal and written) in both Arabic & English.
Strong analytical thinking skills and problem-solving skills
Excellent planning skills and Organizing Skills,
Ability to build excellent relationships with key suppliers/customers.
