Job Summary
To provide expert assessments, analytics, monitoring and reporting to the manager / senior manager on the prevention and detection of fraud risk processes and systems, within the policies, procedures and standards set for Fraud Risk
Description
- Prioritise high impact/risk fraud detection and prevention, ensuring that assessments and analysis conducted produce meaningful and concise data on fraud risks;
- Confirm, using in-depth analysis and checks, that prevention controls are adequate in mitigating the risk of fraud and misconduct;
- Perform fraud trend analysis through information gathering, research and analysis of data, identify trends which occur both internally and externally and make recommendations on risk mitigations;
- Analyse reporting on high priority fraud incidents to assist with the identification of mitigating actions or processes;
- Participate in the design and quality assurance of controls to ensure the fraud risk detection and prevention effectiveness;
- Compile all relevant fraud risk control analyses relating to risk areas across all business units ensuring that the report adequately describes the related controls and responses for risk mitigation;
- Monitor the status of recommendations made from the fraud detection and prevention report, and provide timely feedback to the Senior Manager.
- Use statistical data and other means of analysis to support fraud detection and prevention activities;
- Identify areas in the business where fraud risk management processes can be enhanced and recommend systems, tools, processes, etc. that can be used to mitigate risk in their areas;
- Assist with the development of training and awareness initiatives and programmes, ensuring they address the risks identified and potential future risks, as well as mechanisms for reporting incidents, such as whistle-blowing;
- Conduct analysis on the whistle-blower reports;

Job Requirements
- Minimum 4-year Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Information Technology / Telecommunication / Business Administration
- Professional qualification in FRM field (CFE or CAMS) or Information Systems Auditing (CIA, CPA, CMA or CISA) is advantageous
- Fluent in English
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an area of specialisation
- Experience working in a small to medium organization
- Worked across diverse cultures and geographies is an advantageous.
- Internal Audit experience is an advantageous.

- إجراء تحليل لاتجاهات الاحتيال من خلال جمع المعلومات والبحث وتحليل البيانات وتحديد الاتجاهات التي تحدث داخليًا وخارجيًا وتقديم توصيات بشأن التخفيف من المخاطر ؛
- تحليل الإبلاغ عن حوادث الاحتيال ذات الأولوية العالية للمساعدة في تحديد الإجراءات أو العمليات المخففة ؛
- المشاركة في تصميم وضمان الجودة للضوابط لضمان الكشف عن مخاطر الاحتيال وفعالية الوقاية ؛

- المساعدة في تطوير مبادرات وبرامج التدريب والتوعية ، والتأكد من أنها تتصدى للمخاطر المحددة والمخاطر المستقبلية المحتملة ، فضلاً عن آليات الإبلاغ عن الحوادث ، مثل الإبلاغ عن المخالفات ؛
- إجراء تحليل لتقارير المبلغين عن المخالفات ؛

متطلبات العمل
- درجة البكالوريوس لمدة 4 سنوات كحد أدنى في المحاسبة / تكنولوجيا المعلومات / الاتصالات / إدارة الأعمال
- يعد التأهيل المهني في مجال FRM (CFE أو CAMS) أو تدقيق أنظمة المعلومات (CIA أو CPA أو CMA أو CISA) مفيدًا
- طلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال التخصص
- خبرة في العمل في مؤسسة صغيرة إلى متوسطة
- العمل عبر الثقافات والجغرافيا المتنوعة مفيد.
- تجربة التدقيق الداخلي مفيدة.
