 Duties


The brand Specialist is responsible for managing all of the branding and marketing activities, ensuring all content is in alignment with the business line and the overall corporate brand/image, identifying and developing new opportunities for business growth and expansion, researching markets and consumer trends and preferences, respond to consumers' needs, enhance consumer and market loyalty.

 Main Responsibilities


  1. Assist in the development & execution of the marketing plan for the brand through the best activities and executions that meet the business needs towards enabling the achievement of market share, volume, and profit objectives. ‎
  2. Assist in the preparation of the Marketing department budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget versus awareness of anticipated costs/revenues and areas of unsatisfactory performance identified.
  3. Work closely with the Operation & Production teams to deploy accurate key brand messages ‎through campaign execution and implementation that serve the overall product strategic ‎direction.
  4. Coordinate and Follow-up with the research team on the requested brand & consumer research per the set roadmap planned.
  5. Liaise between the communication, research, trade marketing, and sales team for the execution of 360-degree campaigns.
  6. Closely monitor and evaluate the performance of the company product portfolio versus the competition.
  7. Monitor the market share, numeric distribution, and weighted distribution of actual sales.
  8. Ensure brand communication for areas of responsibility are consistent with the company and brand positioning.
  9. Ensures an integrated view of branding and design across all channels and communications.
  10. Delivers creative execution of proposed brand strategy and positioning, consistent with Morouj and corporate guidelines.


 Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree, Marketing, Communication, or Business Administration, 3-5 of proven brand or communication experience.


 Job-related Knowledge


  1. Experience with a variety of marketing functions including Web, digital marketing, social media, digital media, and communications.
  2. Experience with marketing content development.
  3. Experience planning, implementing, and analyzing marketing plans/activities.

Technical Skills (Job Specific)

  1. Exceptional analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, strong vendor and project management experience, and experience with web platform systems is considered an asset.
  2. Creative mindset, with the ability to work independently as well as cross-functionally.
  3. Excellent communication skills, with both internal and external stakeholders, both oral and written.
  4. Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
