أنشئت هذه المؤسسة في مارس 1995م بتصديق من وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي وتعتبر مواصلة متميزة للعطاء الثر في مسيرة التعليم العالي الأهلي في السودان وذلك بوضع مناهج حديثة ومتطورة. وقد هدفت الجامعة من وراء ذلك كله لتمليك القوى العاملة في السودان وسائل الحداثة من خلال الآتي:

– تدريب وتأهيل الطلاب لمستوى الدرجة العلمية.
– المساهمة بقدر واف في تنوير وتطوير المجتمع.
– توثيق العلاقات العلمية والثقافية مع الجامعات والمعاهد العليا داخل وخارج القطر. والجامعة بسعيها الدؤوب لتحقيق هذه الأهداف تستشرف المستقبل بوعي كامل ولا يتأتى ذلك الا بإدراك العلوم الحديثة والتقنيات المتطورة

مسؤوليات الوظيفة

  • تدريس ساعات معتمدة فى الاسبوع وفق التخصص و الاتفاق.
  • وضع وتصحيح الامتحانات والتمارين بأنماطها المختلفة، ومراقبة وحضور الامتحانات.
  • الالتزام بالاشراف على مشاريع التخرج بحسب خطة الكلية او القسم.
  • تحدد اللائحة المالية المقابل المالي لمراقبة الامتحانات وتصحيح اوراق الامتحانات، والاشراف على مشاريع التخرج.
  • الالتزام بالتعليم الحضورى بشكله التقليدى والتعليم الالكترونى.
  • الالتزام ببرنامج الارشاد الاكاديمى كما تحدده الكلية او القسم.
  • التفرغ الكامل لتادية المهام الوظيفية.
  • المساهمة في برامج الشراكة المجتمعية.
  • المشاركة قي البحث العلمي والنشر وفق لائحة الجامعة.
  • الالتزام بالتسجيل في قواعد البحث العلمي: ORCID, Google Scholar, Research Gate وإرفاق ما يثبت التسجيل.
  • عدم التعاقد مع جهة اخرى غير الجامعة.
  • اداء اي مهام اخرى تتعلق بالوظيفة يحددها الطرف الاول ويطلب من الطرف الثاني القيام بها في اي كلية او قسم اومركز بالجامعة.

مؤهلات الوظيفة

  1. ان يكون حاصلا على درجة البكالريوس في تخصص المحاسبة بتقدير جيد جدا كحد ادنى
  2. ان يكون حاصل علي درجة الماجستير في المحاسبة
  3. ان يكون له الخبرة الكافية في مجال التدريس
  4. ان يكون له مهارات تواصل جيدة
  5. اجادة اللغة الانجليزية تحدثا و كتابة

 Job responsibilities

Teaching credit hours per week according to specialization and agreement.
Developing and correcting exams and exercises of various types, and monitoring and attending exams.
Commitment to supervising graduation projects according to the plan of the college or department.
The financial regulations determine the financial fees for monitoring examinations, correcting examination papers, and supervising graduation projects.
Commitment to urban education in its traditional form and e-learning.
Commitment to the academic advising program as determined by the college or department.
Full dedication to performing job duties.
Contribute to community partnership programs.
Participation in scientific research and publication in accordance with the university regulations.
Obligation to register in the rules of scientific research: ORCID, Google Scholar, Research Gate, and to attach proof of registration.
Not contracting with a party other than the university.
Performing any other tasks related to the job determined by the first party and requested by the second party to perform in any college, department or center in the university.

 Job qualifications

To have a bachelor's degree in accounting with a grade of very good as a minimum
To have a master's degree in accounting
He must have sufficient experience in the field of teaching
He must have good communication skills
Proficiency in spoken and written English
