Job Description

Job Title: Cloud Solution & Architecture Professional
Division: Marketing
Department: Digital & Financial Services
Unit: Enterprise Services
Report to: Enterprise Services Manager

Main Job Purpose:

The primary objective of this role is to help spearhead our digital product team in developing, identifying opportunities, building digital solutions, and expanding our digital portfolio. The role encompasses responsibility for proposition development, packaging, and go-to-market activities supporting the data center services strategy. Additionally, the role involves identifying market size, preparing business plans, and assisting in pricing recommendations for the defined product and service portfolio.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Contribute to developing and delivering the strategy and roadmap for the data center services
products portfolio.
2. Focus on customer acquisition KPIs, including onboarding success and ARPU growth.
3. Create and manage partnerships with key stakeholders, including technology and service
vendors, commercial partners, and internal support teams, to deliver end-to-end innovation value
chains for enterprise customers.
4. Understand customer pain points and devise solutions using a wide product range, proposing
integrated solutions comprising connectivity and data center services (IaaS – SaaS).
5. Support the sourcing of vendors and partners to identify the best service providers.
6. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Technology, Commercial, Finance, Legal,
Procurement, and Regulatory, to deliver the B2B roadmap.
7. Achieve market differentiation by developing products and services that exceed customer
requirements.
8. Monitor market developments in technology, competition, consumer trends, and regulatory
changes, and assess their impact on product strategy.
9. Analyze revenue growth and customer base expansion across different segments while managing
costs and customer expectations.
10. Collaborate with the Data Center technical team to enhance customer experience in all aspects
of developed products and services.
11. Generate and consolidate reports as needed to meet management requirements.
12. Proactively develop digital products that meet current and future customer needs.
13. Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, including budgets, expenditures, R&D
appropriations, ROI, and profit-loss projections.

Job Requirements 

(Education, Training or certificates, Experience, Language):
Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, telecommunication, business administration, or related field | MBA is
preferred.
Training or certificates: AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate | Training in cloud Solutions
Architect.
Experience: 3 – 5 years of experience in telecommunication.
Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic (Written& Spoken).
